The study “140 characters towards a better health: An exploration of the Twitter engagement of leading nonprofit organizations” was published this month in the book “Social Media and Strategic Communication,” edited by Hana S. Noor Al-Deen and John Allen Hendricks. I wrote this study with my colleagues Yan Jin, Vivian Medina-Messner, Shana Meganck, Scott Quarforth and Sally Norton.
