I was interviewed on a police document controversy in Richmond by Sam Brock on CBS 6 on Monday evening. An anarchist group retrieved police manuals via a FOIA request and published them on its website. The police in return sued the group in an attempt to remove the documents from the Web. In the interview we discussed the lawsuit and the chances of removing information from the Web as well as the greater implications, including Wikileaks.
